PHOENIX BIKE WRX is a bicycle manufacturer in Montezuma, KS. Jerrell Nichols is the owner and master TIG welder of the bikes we build here in the USA. It is a small family run business. We build recumbent and crank forward bicycles in 7005-T6 aluminum or 4130 steel. The bicycles built here are one of the most comfortable bikes you will ever ride!

At Fab56, Inc. we specialize in metal repair and fabrication. This includes TIG welding aluminum, steel, titanium, cast and bronze.
We have both CNC and manual machining capabilities in house. A unique machine we have is a plasma cutter that is specifically designed to cut tubing. This include square, round, rectangle and even open shapes such as angle and channel.
We also have the ability to powder coat and Cerakote. Our maximum oven size is 79" x 57" x 40".
Computer Aided Design (CAD) is something we use every day and are happy to offer it to assist you
in your project. Together with that we have in-house 3D printing (plastic) capabilities that are great to use for prototyping or even small production runs.
